Our Inspiration
Xcellent Accounting and Consulting, LLC began with Tony Josifek's dream to make the best accounting tools and practices available to SMBs. After working for over 20 years in a variety of industries, he realized that even though cloud-based software had theoretically leveled the playing field, smaller organizations might not possess the expertise to use these tools effectively or the budget to hire a full-time accountant and consultant.
Our Expertise
Tony left corporate finance in order to use what he learned from positions in Fortune 100 multinational corporations and family businesses to help Arizona SMBs. Tony began his career with "Big 4" International accounting and also worked with the consulting firm EY. Along the way, he gained experience in a variety of industries:
